Entrepreneur Hut gets a logo
Well, if you remember, a while ago I had my header redesigned for free by a DP member called Henric Romlin. He was building his online portfolio and found the time to create a new header for my site. As you can see, I don’t have an excellent design for my site and I’m seriously considered to hire somebody to create a fresh, ad-ready design for my blog.
5 days ago, I was contacted by Riva James, webmaster at Brochuremonster asking me if I would be interested in a logo for my site. I am running this site from 2 months now, and I thought it was the time to get a logo, especially if I would like to create some promotional items (shirts, pens, cups, etc). I replayed to Ms. Riva James, give her some details and after 4 days she came with these 2 designs:
To be honest, I don’t really now what logo to use, so I really would appreciate some feedback. Please post a comment and let me know which of the 2 logos you like more.
Off course, after receiving this logo, I went to the Brochuremonster website to see what other services they offer; brochures, folders, flyers, posters and postcards and articles about making a brochure, different brochure holders, etc. The site is full off different layouts and has a great variety of products.
Bottom line is I really liked and appreciated that someone took the time and effort to make me a logo. I asked Ms. Riva James to contact me regarding a new wordpress theme, because I’m planning to get a new one until this blog is 3 months old.

Second one looks more professional. First one is sort of “warmer”, more friendly, but reminds me of Windows icons or whatever, except yellow… Ugh. I’d go with the second one.
Both of them look really proffessional. Though you have an orange color on the top of the site. Perfect matching will be the second one as said in the previous comment
By seeing, those are very professional. I will also choose the second one instead of the first because it matches the site very well.

Good looking logos, I would prefer the second logo as it looks more professional.
I prefer the 1st one, but the houses(suppose to be a hut) seen like not so special, may be you could ask the designer to designer a real hut instead of look like a house
I prefer second logo because it looks more professional but no attraction like the first one. So make some attractive changes in second one.
